We have many various server configurations for our game servers, varying from Xeons to Quad Core Opterons all depending on the location.
Do you have a money back guarantee?
If you are not satisfied with the service within 90 days, contact us, and we will gladly offer you your money back. Please note, we can not cancel any contracts you have signed with us.
What locations do you provide?
We host game servers out of almost every datacenter you can think of. If there is a location you want your game server hosted from that we do not cover, please let us know and we will work hard to add it to our offerings.
Do you have any test ips I can try?
Yes! Just utilize our Server Search and search for servers for the game you want hosted, and in a location near you. Once you find a server you like, just provide us with the ip address so we can set one up just like it for you!
Do you offer any reseller programs?
Due to the complexity of our systems and setup we are unable to set up a reseller program at this time.
What networks are the servers located on?
Any public internet connection you can think of, we have servers on it. We even have servers hosted off your grandmothers's dial up connection!
What is your cancelation policy?
We can only offer these low prices based on a lifetime commitment that you must sign when ordering. This policy allows you to suspend your account at any time, but at no point can you cancel, nor can are you or your great grand children allowed to use any competitors services.
